Beautiful 3 BHK close to BC with a pond behind the house!!!

Hi everyone!

I’m a 6th year PhD student in Economics at Boston College, and I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a spacious 3 bed / 1 bath apartment at 172 Lake St, Brighton.

The apartment is about a 15-minute walk to the Economics... Department, and I’ve really enjoyed living here for the past 2 years.

A few details:

Rent: $1,100/month

Utilities: usually around $50–60/month

Spacious living room, dining room, balcony, backyard, and driveway parking

Chandler Pond is right behind the house — great for evening walks and relaxing outdoors

Roommates:

One roommate (F) has a dog named Cleo, but she’s often away visiting her boyfriend

The other roommate (M) works from home and is usually around

Neither roommate is affiliated with BC

Overall, it’s a very comfortable and quiet place with lots of space, especially compared to many apartments in the area.

There is also an option to sublet it for just the month of August as well.
