The room is available for long-term rent. It is in the heart of Cleveland Circle, steps to B, C, and D lines, and... shops and restaurants in Brighton, MA.

This listing is open to everyone who is willing to share responsibility in keeping common areas tidy and maintaining a calm setting conducive to study and rest for most of the time.

The available room is in the apartment on the second floor of our professionally managed building. A 2-door wardrobe is will be available for use in the room.

Rent includes heat and hot water.

The laundry room is right in the next building within the apartment complex.
There is an Amazon Hub inside the building.
There is an outside swimming pool in the apartment complex.

Boston College is a walking distance (20-25 mins) from the apartment. It can also be accessed with the BC shuttle, and the BC shuttle stop is a few steps away from the building. In addition, it c be accessed with the B line, which is a 5 minute walk from the building.

Boston University can be accessed through B & C lines, both of which are a 5 minute walk from the building.There are many coffee shops, restaurants, and shops nearby: CVS, 7-Eleven, Dunkin', Chipotle, Eagles Deli, and many others. Star Market is 5 minutes and Trader Joe’s is 10 minutes with the C line. Chestnut Hill Reservoir is 5 minutes by walk.

Easy access to Longwood Medical Area and St Elizabeth Hospital with the D line, which is 7 minute walk from the building.
