The neighborhood is very nice and quiet - close to BC / BU, various restaurants, gas stations, pharmacy, grocery/convenience stores, parks, and T train terminals. Walkable to Coolidge corner, Oats square, Post office, public library, Washington... street.
The room is at garden level with an off-street dedicated parking spot for additional charge of $75 per month. The room also comes with closet space. If you need additional storage, we can free up other spaces for you. Kitchen is spacious. The stove/oven and fridge are included.
We usually stay at the condo less than a week per month so you will have the whole condo by yourself and we are happy to coordinate the visits if you'd like. If you like privacy, this place is perfect for you.
