Private Room and bathroom in 2 Bed / 2 Bath in Roxbury – near Orange line

Renting a private Bedroom and Bathroom in a 2 Bed / 2 Bath condo unit in Roxbury. I live in the other room.

2 minute walk from the bus station, and 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus to an orange line station.

Since it is a 2 bed 2 bath, you get a... private bedroom and bathroom to yourself. The common areas (kitchen, living room) are all fully furnished, but the bedroom is empty. The unit has in-unit washer dryer, central air conditioning, and gas powered heating. The unit gets tons of natural light. There is plenty of street parking available next to the unit, if you have a car.

The unit is the whole 3rd floor of a 3 story building. The other 2 unit tenants are very friendly!

A little about the roommate (me): I'm a 24 year old male, single, recent graduate, working for a biotech startup. I primarily work from home at the moment. I am into lifting (there's a great gym in the area), reading and anime. I am reasonably sociable, and enjoy barhopping on weekends. I was raised in Western Mass, but am relatively new to Boston. Huge Pats and Celtics fan!
