Looking to fill room in 4bed/2bath (end of August move-in)

$1575/month! Looking for a fourth female roommate to join our 4 bed/2 bath apartment in Brighton. Move in would be in late August/Sept 1. The apartment has in-unit laundry and window AC-units. The apartment also has outdoor space and a porch in the... front and the back of the apartment. It is conveniently located off of the Green Line and includes parking (extra $175/month). On street parking is free. We are located about a 13 min drive from the BC Newton campus and about an 8 min drive from the BC main campus.

I’m a current 1L at BC, and my two roommates are a BC nursing graduate student and a professional working with BU Athletics. We are looking for someone clean and mostly quiet during the week nights and generally communicative about guests and other roommate things.
