2026 Summer Sublet Single Private Bedroom - 74 Manet

One of two units at 74 Manet Road, our unit has a spacious living room and kitchen (with a new oven), with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Six bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a finished basement with two of the bedrooms attached to the... basement. Two sets of washers and dryers. About a five minute walk to BC's main campus, and right off of Comm Ave. Backyard area with a fire pit, and the house is complete with couches and plenty of furniture. Good wifi and plenty of outlets around the house. Plenty of storage and closet space. Front door and side door leading to the drive way. More quiet compared to many student apartments in Brighton. All of the bathrooms are complete and have hot water. Lots of windows and natural lighting, especially in the living room. Great location and has everything you're looking for in an off-campus apartment.
