private room for female roommate, with shared bath, kitchen access in family residence / util incld

Single bedroom for a female roommate, available May 21.

This room would be ideal for a single female graduate student or visiting scholar at Boston College, especially one who has access to study or office space on campus. The small room is one of...
three bedrooms on the second floor, all of which are occupied by female students at Boston College. The three rooms share a semi-private bathroom.

The unit is a very simple, clean, and furnished bedroom in a quiet, small single-family home, close to BC School of Theology and Ministry and Chestnut Hill campuses. The house overlooks Chandler Pond, which is in easy walking distance.

The second floor is also the location of a home office, from which the owner works most Mondays, Fridays, and weekends.

Bedroom has a closet and comes with a single bed and a desk with a chair.

All utilities are included: Internet, Gas, Electricity; water, waste, recycling.

Tenant will have full access to shared laundry and kitchen, both on the first floor.

Tenant responsibilities are to provide bedding, keep the room clean; and clean after use of all common spaces, especially the bathroom and kitchen.

Because the bedroom is very small, and because the house has limited space, no overnight guests are allowed, and we request advance notice for other visitors.
