The apartment is on the third and top floor of a very quiet building, faces south and is very bright (it is full of beautiful windows). It consists of: an entrance hall, a living room, a dining room (that can be equipped as a second bedroom), a... separate kitchen, a bathroom and a master bedroom. The apartment is fully furnished, giving the possibility of using the dishes and all the amenities that are already present (dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine for common use in the building).
It is conveniently located to reach MIT, Boston College, Boston University and Harvard. The T-line is a 3-minute walk away, making it possible to reach Boston Center in a maximum of 20 minutes.
