SUMMER SUBLET Room in Shared 4 bed /2 bath home, very respectful roommates

The apartment is in a three-story building, with our unit on the second floor. It has four bedrooms and one living room, and I’m subletting my bedroom for the summer. Three other male Boston College PhD students (two American, one Italian) also live... here and will be around part of the time.

The location is just a short walk from the reservoir, campus, the T line, the Boston College shuttle, and the restaurants and cafés in Cleveland Circle. My room is spacious, gets plenty of sunlight, and is furnished with a bed, desk, closet, dresser, and chair—so you won’t have to bring anything. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, a microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, and oven, and there’s a washer and dryer in the basement for your convenience.
