apartment is on the second floor with a large living room, dining room, kitchen, office space, front porch, and front and back yard. Your room would be on the second floor, and the other 3 rooms are on the 3rd floor (4 bedrooms in total), and there is one bathroom. Looking for a female who is clean, respectful, and friendly. You would be living with 3 female roommates. They are a grad student, a kindergarten teacher, and a historian in their twenties who enjoy watching movies, traveling, music, and cooking! Cats are welcome, and dogs would be considered on a case by case basis.

Rent is $800 a month (does not include utilities)
Gas/electric (around $40-50/month) and internet (around $25/month) are separate
Bedroom has its own closet
Bedroom will not be furnished, but rest of apartment will be
