Summer 2 bed sublet near BC Law

My roommate and I are subletting our 2 bed/1 bath apt in Newtonville near the BC Law campus from 6/1 to 7/31. It’s a quick 15 minute drive into Boston, less than 5 minutes from Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Star Market, CVS, Starbucks, and more!

Total...
monthly rent is $2750 + utilities or around $1375 + utilities per person.

The apartment includes the left side of the driveway, your own washer/dryer in the basement, a deck/screened in porch, and bonus front room off the kitchen with desks!

We would ideally like to sublet to women graduate students or working professionals.

Please reach out to me via text or email. Thank you!
