Sublet Private Room near BC and BU
One bedroom available in 3 bed 2 bath home for subletter to take over lease from 01/16/2026 to 08/31/2027. Rent will be prorated for January. Bedroom is 14x12 with a very large walk in closet that is 14' long by 4' deep. Apartment common spaces are... large! 2200 Sq ft! Located on Kinross Rd in Brighton, apartment has easy access to the B Line (1 minute walk) and the C Line (7 minute walk).
