Our apartment is filled with beautiful natural light and has such a warm, welcoming feel. The kitchen is amazing and perfect for anyone who loves to cook — we love trying... new recipes, so there’s always something fun happening in the kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious, and the living room offers plenty of room to relax or host friends.

We’re easygoing girls who keep the common areas clean and tidy, and we’re looking for someone who appreciates a comfortable and well-kept space.

The building is incredibly convenient — it’s right in front of the Commonwealth Ave bus stop for BC, making commuting super easy. Laundry is located inside the building (super convenient!), and there’s also an elevator, which makes move-in and everyday life much easier.

This listing is for a fall sublet, but if you’re looking for a full-year lease, that can definitely be accommodated as well.
