The entire house is shared with one other female. If you are... looking for a quiet, clean and very private living situation in a big historic house this is the place for you. Commuters paradise: steps from Green Line D train for a fast commute into the city, close to 90, 95 and route 9. Short and straightforward commute to Longwood area (~20 min) and Boston College (~10 min). Enjoy the best of Newton Highlands/Newton Center: Take a swim in Crystal Lake, run on the life trail in Cold Spring parks or take a stroll to Newton Center. Short walk to Whole Foods, local restaurants, shops and playing fields. 5 min ride to Wegman's and Equinox. Furniture can be provided at no extra costs. Parking can be negotiated.
