This fully furnished bedroom is located on the second floor of a well-maintained home. The room includes a new, comfortable bed and mattress, a desk with an office chair, a closet, and additional storage space. The bathroom is shared. The home is conveniently located with easy access to the Longwood Medical Area, Boston University, Boston College, Harvard University, and Brookline. The house is smoke-free. Electricity and heat are shared among the tenants and typically average $75–$90 per person per month, depending on usage.

We are looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. Maintaining a comfortable home depends on everyone contributing to a friendly and cooperative atmosphere.

If you are interested, the first step is a brief Zoom meeting so we can get to know one another and determine whether the home is a good fit for everyone. If we decide to move forward, I will send you the Rental Agreement to collect your information, which I will use to prepare the lease. The lease will then be sent electronically for both parties to review and sign.

Payment Schedule:

Upon signing the lease: Last month's rent ($1,215) to reserve the room.
On the move-in date: First month's rent plus a $400 security deposit.
