The building is located on a... quiet private way off of Beacon Street in the Washington Square neighborhood, within easy walking of groceries (Star Market and Whole Foods), restaurants, and the C and D MTA lines. Amenities include smart furnishings, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, in-unit washer and dryer, three patios, central air conditioning and heat, a functional wood-burning stove, ample storage, and deeded parking for 1 or 2 cars, depending on your needs. It is accessible to many area institutions, including the Longwood Medical Center and MGH.
I will ask for the first month of rent and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent at the time of commitment.
