Spacious Apartment Close to Campus

Searching for a sublet (women only, please)!
Settled within a condo community, this apartment offers a spacious kitchen, living room, and bedroom. There is plenty of closet space, both within the bedroom being sublet and within the apartment itself....
The bathroom has been recently updated and has wonderful pressure. There is a community pool, and with a small fee, you can access it, perfect for a summer sublet. The hardwood floors add a modern touch that complements the neutral walls. The kitchen has plenty of storage and an impressive amount of counter space. The oven has been recently updated as well, fully electric with a range fan to help air the room while cooking. There is also an air fryer and a KitchenAid stand mixer.
The other tenant is a young professional who uses she/her pronouns. She is wonderfully sweet and relatively clean. She often works, and therefore, you may not see much of her! But whenever you do cross paths, you can expect nothing but kindess from her. If you are a crafter, you may be able to coax her out of her room to knit&bitch in the spacious living room.
It should be noted that everything is included in the rent except for electricity and internet. Internet is $20/month (or $10 each), and electric averages out to $36/month (or $18 each).
