Overall Apt Info:
Two bedroom, two-floor loft apartment in a managed building in the South End
My bedroom that I'm subletting is on the top floor with the kitchen and living room. The bottom floor has the shared bathroom, a large walk-in closet that you would get half of, an area we turned into a workout area for yoga/home exercise, and my roommate's bedroom.
I can leave my room furnished with a queen bed frame/mattress, and a little dresser set (both pictured) if you need that or I can clear all of my things out and leave the room empty if you have furniture!
Rest of the apartment will be fully furnished with the pictured furniture as my roommate will still be there.
My roommate is my older sister. She's a 25 year old Harvard grad who works from home in AI consulting. She may be in and out of the apartment over the summer as she spends a good deal of time during the summers in Upstate New York.
