Shared Apartment, 2 blocks from Main Gate, Next to Golf Course

Utterly fantastic condo in a cute community of young adults. Brick building, the grounds are always kept up very very well. The condo is bordered on one side by a golf course and the other side by a pond with a walking path and little park. This was... my oasis during BC grad school. The apartment has three bedrooms, 2 of which are occupied. Everyone is responsible for their own rent to the land lady. All utilities run ~50-75 per person per month. Large shared common area & easy roommates (quiet and clean engaged couple, BC grad students, I had lived with them for 2 years). Other features: Cheap parking (rare in Boston), dishwasher, lots of storage space, private bathroom, basic furniture included (bed, mattress, desk).
