I am seeking a roommate for 8/1 or 9/1 move-in to share my 2BR/2BA (3rd floor) condo rental in Chestnut Hill.
1 minute walk to BC Chestnut Hill campus.
Rent is $1925/month
Comfortable, spacious sun-filled condo in safe building with elevator,... in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central
Air-conditioning, stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, deck, gym, storage unit and 2 assigned parking spots included in the rent (1 garage spot).

Centrally located, 1 minute walk to Boston College, a 4 minute walk (MBTA) Green/B line.
Current roommate is willing to sell their bed for $100.
