Seeking Roommate for spacious 2BR/2BA condo (8/1or 9/1 move-in)

I am seeking a roommate for 8/1 or 9/1 move-in to share my 2BR/2BA (3rd floor) condo rental in Chestnut Hill.
1 minute walk to Boston College Chestnut Hill campus.
Rent is $1950 for the bedroom, not including utilities.
Comfortable, spacious... sun-filled condo in safe building with elevator, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central
air-conditioning, stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, deck, gym, storage unit and 2 assigned parking spots included in the rent (1 garage spot).

Centrally located, a 4 minute walk (MBTA) Green/B line.
Current roommate is willing to sell their bed for $100.

Happy to send pictures of condo...no real-estate fees.
