Second Floor Apartment in Washington Square (3 bedroom; 2 full bathroom) (Shared Housing)

This spacious 1,800 square feet apartment is a three bedroom, two bath on the second floor of a three-unit apartment complex. We have the full floor. In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms, there is a spacious living room that opens onto a large... dining room. The apartment then proceeds into a bulter's pantry, large kitchen, and extra room, as well as a porch that looks out over Washington Square. A large row of windows adds to the light and space of the apartment. It's easy to find a cozy nook or host a few friends for dinner or movie night. A washer and dryer is shared in the basement with two other units.

The apartment is steps away from Washington Square. Commuting to BC's campus is easy—either a 30-35 minute walk, a 15 minute walk to the BC shuttle bus, or a 5-minute C Line train to the BC shuttle. I've enjoyed the easy access to downtown (e.g., can be at the Boston Public Library in 20 minutes), the restaurants and shops of Washington Square, and multiple grocery stores and a gym within a 10-minute walk. Coolidge Corner is also a 15-minute walk away.

I've enjoyed living here for two years now, and if my roommates weren't off to shared living with a boyfriend and investing in their own property, they'd gladly sign for a third year!

Generally speaking, I'm open to all potential roommates although I have a preference for LGBTQ and LGTBQ friendly roommates.
