Room in Spacious, Well-furnished 3B/1Br: $1150

I am a software engineer working remotely. I earned a Masters from BC and lived with other BC students. I am looking for more BC students to take my former roommate's places.

I live in a lovely 3 bed, 1 bath in Brighton. It is spacious, tucked away...
on a quiet street but still centrally located, and very affordable.

It has street parking and laundry in the basement. Also a home gym / workout area.

It is walking distance from the School of Theology and Ministry (7-10 min) and Boston College (12-15 min) and B/C Lines.

There is good coffee and good food within very short walking distance.

You will have a one of two bedrooms for $1090. The two rooms are different sizes, so we can discuss which one you want depending on when you sign the lease.

All other space is shared and well-furnished.

I have some eating utensils available, but space for yours if you have them. Please provide your own cookware.

I am hard-working, clean, and quiet, and I would love to fill out this home with people who share those qualities.

No pets, unfortunately.
Only professionals or graduate students.

Landlord requires a credit report and/or guarantor.

Message me for a virtual or in-person tour, and any questions.
Send text or voicemail during working hours and I'll get back to you.
