Room in shared 2 bed/1 bath home (Shared Housing)

Hi! I am a male grad student at Boston College, and I am looking for a roommate to take over a private room in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment from 1st September 2026. The rent is $1250, and the utilities (internet, electricity) will be extra and... shared. The apartment is furnished, has common utensils and cooking pots, an oven and an air fryer (no dishwasher though). It also has a washing machine and a dryer in unit. The apartment is quite spacious also has open backyard space. It's at a walking distance from the Sutherland Rd T stop and also to bus stops to Harvard.

To tell a little about myself, I am easy going and chill. I like cooking and baking a lot, and enjoy boardgames and going out to jazz bars. I like to have friends over from time to time, like once every 2-3 weeks or so. I am also particular about cleanliness around the house. We usually maintain rotating weekly duties to clean the bathroom, the common living area and throwing out trash. We clean the kitchen and do the dishes immediately after using the kitchen, so as to avoid piling dishes. So I am looking for someone chill and easy going as well. They should be hygienic, and be willing to roughly follow cleaning schedule of the house, and should have experience in living in shared flats.
