Hi! I'm Ben, an English PhD student looking for a roommate to join my Allston 2BR apartment in January or February.

About the space: The apartment is half of the third floor in a 3-story building. The bedroom is on the smaller side (8' x 11' 7"),... with a large closet across the hall. The living room and kitchen/dining room are a large open-plan area, with a cozy little balcony off of the kitchen. Coin-op laundry in basement. Very close to the Harvard Ave Green Line stop on the BC line.

Rent is $1100/month plus utilities. First and last due on move-in. The lease runs through the end of August 2025.
