Empty nest special! The kids all moved out, we're renting unused space. Basement room in a single family home. Room includes private bedroom, semi-private living room, semi-private bathroom. Other areas on the basement floor are shared with owners... including kitchenette area and laundry machines. Shared/private entrance off driveway. Close to BC campus, short walk to 57, B Line, 501, and 64 (MIT/Kendall). All utilities including wifi included in rent. Month-to-month lease, looking for quiet and responsible adult. Furnishings include bed, dresser, armoire, table, desk, chairs, futon-couch, bookshelves (some of which have our books on them, but there's plenty of space for yours). Microwave and induction cooktop, limited pots/pans/dishes. Street parking is 2-hr except resident permit between 8 am - 8 pm so plenty of permitless folks have no trouble parking. We have a dog and a cat but they'll stay upstairs. Note: the pictures are incomplete because we're working on setting the room up. If you're interested, the best thing is to set up a time to take a look.
