Chill, cool friendly vibes, spiritual intentional community. There's 2 living rooms in the house, washer and dryer, dishwasher, everything is cool and legit. Super nice neighborhood - the rent is cheap because we are part of a non-profit, otherwise there is no way you can rent in Newton this cheap.
