Room in 4bed/2bath looking for female roommate; approx. $1650 rent

I’m a current 1L at BC, originally from the Boston suburbs. My two roommates (a BC nursing graduate student and a professional working with BU Athletics) and I are looking for a fourth female roommate to join our 4 bed/2 bath apartment in Brighton... since our 4th roommate is graduating and moving to NYC. We are looking for someone clean and mostly quiet during the week nights and generally communicative about guests and other roommate things. The apartment is conveniently located right off the Green Line and includes parking (extra $ per month). It’s a 13min drive to the law school campus. It has outdoor space and a porch in the front and the back of the apartment. We also have in unit laundry! Move in would be in late August/Sept 1. On street parking is free and off street parking is additional monthly charge with your lease.
