Private room and bath in family house for summer babysitter

Looking for an inexpensive way to live off campus in Newton? Why not come live with our family for the summer while you do a little babysitting to keep your housing costs low.
I'm looking for a great live in babysitter for 13 yo child. 12 hours a...
week of camp pick ups and drop offs, afternoon/dinners/evening babysitting, Babysitting rates negotiable based on experience and whether you have your own car. Rent listed is before payment for any babysitting services. Hours somewhat flexible around studies or other work but some 4pm pickups required.
We prefer someone who can help out with child's laundry and family dog. There is a friendly but elderly dog who also lives in the house.
Large private bedroom and bathroom, fully furnished, in large Victorian family home. You can share in use of family kitchen, laundry etc. Rent includes all utilities and wifi. Plenty of street parking and walking distance to the Riverside T station.
Summer lease opportunity. Open to discuss a 1 year option that includes the school year if desired.
