Location: Residential street near shops in West Newton and Newtonville. Walk 2 miles to BC Newton campus/Law School/shuttle. Express bus #505 to downtown. Commuter Rail to Boston from West Newton train station. Bus # 553 to Waltham. Walk 30 min to Green Line T station in Waban.
Parking: Off-street parking is available and safe (no fees or permit needed). In winter months, parking is available in the driveway, adjusting with snow conditions.
This is a quiet and clean house. Owners are professionals working full-time. Seeking a renter who is independent, calm and positive. Renter can use the family kitchen to do your own cooking and clean-up. We supply you a separate full-size fridge and food storage space. Can use shared laundry room. Otherwise, the rest of the house is generally off-bounds to the renter. This is not a communal group living arrangement.
House has central heat and air conditioning. Bedroom is spacious with two windows, and fully furnished with a double bed (with linens, pillows and blankets), desk, dresser, armchair, side table, lamps, bookshelf and 2 closets.
We welcome you, provide a friendly atmosphere and want to make sure you are comfortable. Overall, the renter keeps mostly to own space without extensive interaction.
Beautiful quiet and safe neighborhood - good for cycling or running. Use of outside patio available.
Rules: Definitely no cigarettes or tobacco products inside or outside. We are a non-smoking, non-drinking household with no pets.
