Prime Foster St. Sublet — Fully Furnished BC Off-Campus House

We're subletting our entire upstairs unit on Foster Street for the summer — 4 bedrooms (3 singles, 1 double), 1 bath, max 5 people.

The unit is fully furnished and move-in ready: living room, dining room, breakfast nook, two couches, two TVs, Xbox,... and dartboard. Kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, full-size fridge, and multiple mini-fridges. In-unit washer/dryer with detergent included.

Out back there's a private yard with a gas grill, Traeger smoker, beer die table, and string lights. Indoor and outdoor porch, three FREE parking spots, and basement storage available.

Ring camera, floodlights, and security cameras outside. High-speed wifi throughout. The house is steps from the T and BC shuttle, and a 10-minute walk to main campus.

Single bedroom rent: $1,300/person/month
