Off- campus summer sublet room

I’m looking for undergraduate BC girls looking for a place to live off campus this summer to sublet my room in a seven-bedroom all-girls housing unit in Brighton. The unit is the lower unit of the house, with another four bedrooms in the upstairs... unit. While the room is smaller than the others, it’s well-maintained and priced accordingly. The house is in a prime location near many off-campus BC students, just off Kirkwood and Foster, offering a quieter setting while still being close to everything. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the BC Green Line station and 15 minutes to the main Boston College campus, with BC shuttle stops nearby for added convenience. The room comes furnished with a twin XL bed and frame, a clothing rack, and multiple storage shelves. The bathroom is shared with just one other person, but please note there is no built-in closet. Utilities are not included in the rent, but there is a free, easily accessible washer and dryer in the basement of the unit. I’m flexible with sublet dates from mid-May to late August—short-term or full summer stays are welcome! If interested, please contact me at +1 847-527-7114.
