Room goes for $800 (utilities included!). This room is the 2nd largest in the home. Bedroom is on the 3rd floor, has a walk-in closet, ceiling fan, 2 windows and hardwood floors.
Our... unit is on the 2+3rd floors of a multi-family home with 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms total. House includes new dishwasher, range stove, washer & dryer, backyard area, 2 porches on a relatively quiet street. 420 & LGBTQIA friendly!

Very close to the YMCA, Boston Landing area, Watertown/Waltham, bus routes and lots of parks.

Female/femme persons ONLY, NO PETS please (there are 2 cats in the home), driveway can house 3/4 cars (great for wintertime!) + street parking (parking permit can be obtained online- no fee for this. Can be used for Allston/Brighton locations).
