One room is available in this spacious 3-bedroom / 1-bathroom apartment for a one
year lease starting September 1, 2026.
The bedroom includes a deep closet. Rent is $1,100 per month.
First month’s rent is required upon move-in.

The apartment is... in a beautiful apartment building right next to the 86 bus/BC shuttle stop as well as the Cleveland circle/Reservoir/Boston College Green Line stations (C, D, and B Lines). It is also walking distance from the main Cleveland Circle area including convenience stores and restaurants.

There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom in the apartment. The shared kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet space for storage. All appliances are updated. Laundry is available in the building (operated by LaundryConnect app or credit card). There is a dumpster and recycling bins outside the building so no need to wait until trash day to take the trash/recycling out!
No pets, unfortunately.

The current housemates are Kirstin (35, from Boston, works at a foreign consulate) and Luisa (26, from Italy, graduate student in economics at Boston College). We are good friends and enjoy spending time together. Our third roommate is moving out to live with her partner so we’re looking for a new person who would like to share our home with us!
