Lovely room close to campus for rent

Hey! We're looking for someone to join our 4 bed, 1.5 bath apartment and take over my lease asap.

It's a light, open space with hardwood floors on the 2 floor. 8 minute walk to Chiswick Rd T stop (green line B) and 2 minutes from the 86 bus. Trader... Joe's and Star Market are easily accessible.

We have free laundry in the basement, a new dishwasher, and available parking.

My roommates and I are all female grad students at BC and we're looking for someone to match the vibe! We're all pretty neat and value having a friendly, cozy home environment since grad school is hectic about of the time. We love hanging out together in the evening and watching TV/ having dinner together. Communication is important to all of us.
