Looking for Two Female Roommates near BC at Cleveland Circle

We’re looking for two female roommates at Cleveland circle, Brighton area. The apartment is a 4b/2b overall, with one of the bedrooms having private access to a full bathroom, and the rest three bedrooms sharing the use of the other bathroom, so it’s... a 1b/1b + 3b/1b situation in use. The apartment is very spacious in general, and we’ve come to raise some plants and furnished the shared space. It is equipped with central AC, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Utilities each month are overall around $200. The two rooms that are open right now are:
1. The master bedroom with the private full bath, for $1,380 per month. It is around 200ft2 in space overall, and that includes a full bath with a window, and a closet. There is also a window in the bedroom area, and both windows face the west. The west side of the building is large parking space, and it’s very quiet.
2. One of the three single bedrooms, for $1,030 per month. This bedroom is around 135ft2 in space, with a closet and pre-installed desk next to its window. The window faces the east, where it’s a one-way street downstairs. Being on the top floor, we’ve in general not found the traffic disturbing living on this side of the apartment. The shared bathroom is very spacious, and it comes with a shower stall and integrated fan ventilation.

Our current roommates are leaving the area, so we’re looking for two new roommates to join us and renew the lease at a renewal rate without a broker fee. We love living here for its location, convenience of commute across the town in diverse directions, fully equipped with central AC, dishwasher, and garbage disposal; spacious shared living space, bright daylight and large windows, and the fact that our cat loves it! Since it’s going to be a renewal, there is no broker fee involved and we would like to continue living here with this rate. The broker fee is otherwise $4,500, so this is a pretty good deal!

【About the apartment location】
The apartment is located next to the Chestnut Hill Reservoir, with three MBTA stops accessing Green Lines B, C, and D, several bus stops, CVS, 711, parks, convenient stores, restaurants, Whole Foods, and Star Market within walking distances. The apartment is in a residential area that is generally quiet.

In terms of transportation, the apartment location comes with easy access to MBTA and bus services if you use public transportation. The unique location in Cleveland circle area makes it close to Green Lines B (6-min walk), C (3-min walk), and D (4-min walk) stops that can take you to Allston & BU campuses, Brookline, Longwood, downtown Boston, or Newton in 15-35 minutes. Within 4 minutes of walk, route 86 is available that can take you north to lower Allston, Harvard, and other Cambridge areas. If you drive, aside from street parking, paid private parking space is also available for residents of the building. Below is a map of Boston publication transportation, and our apartment is located in the circled area on the left.

【About us】
We are two PhD students in social sciences, with a friendly and sociable gray-white tabby cat in the apartment. We hope that you like cats and are not allergic so that you can enjoy her sweet company! Our work is research, and we typically work long hours at desk which is usually pretty quiet. Aside from having friends over for dinner occasionally, we don’t really hold parties in the apartment. In our free time, we like to spend time resting at the apartment or going outdoors to stay active.

【What we are looking for】
Since we work a lot at home, we offer and at the same time hope for a respectful working and living environment. We hope that you also enjoy a relatively quiet lifestyle. We put a lot of emphasis on hygiene by rotating a weekly cleaning schedule to maintain a clean space, and we hope to keep that up and that you’re happy about being part of it. We are communicative and are happy to introduce you to the space, and hope for friendly communications to facilitate healthy and respectful apartment dynamics.
