Looking for Two Female Roommates near BC at Cleveland Circle

We’re looking for two female roommates at Cleveland circle, Brighton area. The apartment is a 4b/2b. One of the bathrooms comes with a full bath, and it’s private for one of the bedrooms. The other bathroom comes with a shower stall, and it’s shared... by the rest three bedrooms. The two rooms that are open are the bedroom with the private bath, at $1,275; and one of the other three bedrooms, at $1,080. Our current roommates are graduating and leaving the area this summer, so we’re looking for two new roommates to renew the lease. Since it’s going to be a renewal, there is no broker fee involved. The broker fee is otherwise $4,300, so this is a pretty good deal!

【About the apartment location】
The apartment is located next to the Chestnut Hill Reservoir, with parks, MBTA and bus stops, CVS, convenient stores, restaurants, Whole Foods, and Star Market within walking distances. The area is generally quiet.

In terms of transportation, the apartment location comes with easy access to MBTA and bus services if you use public transportation. Located in Cleveland circle area in Brighton, it’s close to Green Lines B (6-min walk), C (3-min walk), and D (4-min walk) stops that can take you to Brookline, Longwood, and downtown Boston in 15-35 minutes. Within 4 minutes of walk, route 86 is available that can take you north to Allston and Cambridge areas. If you drive, street parking or paid parking space for residents of the building are available.

Attached in the end of the message is a video for the apartment which we think is helpful for you to get an overview about the living space.

【About us】
We are two PhD students in social sciences, with a Chihuahua-Yorkie and a gray-white cat in the apartment. We hope you’re not allergic, and hopefully enjoy their company! We typically work long hours, and we are usually pretty quiet. Aside from having friends over for dinner occasionally, we don’t really hold parties in the apartment. In our free time, we like to spend time resting at the apartment or going outdoors to stay active. We like to go to fun places and try good restaurants.

【What we are looking for】
Since we work a lot at home, we hope for a respectful working and living environment. We put a lot of emphasis on hygiene, and we hope that you’re willing to contribute and respect the cleanliness of the common spaces. We run a weekly cleaning schedule in which cleaning duties rotate among the four of us, and it would be great if we could keep it up. We hope for friendly communications to facilitate healthy and respectful apartment dynamics.
