Large property very close to campus

Looking for a summer subletter to take my room at 47 Crosby. It is a nice property with a large kitchen, dishwasher, new washing machines, etc. The house is also furnished from me and my roommates from the year so subletter's do not have to go out... their way and buy all new furniture. Wifi is not included so you have to get a router and utilities is not included in rent. There is a main AC unit as well as some window AC units in the rooms.

This is a good property to live in for the summer and is very close to campus due its location near upper. It is a ~5 min walk to the nearest bus stop, ~12 min to the gym, and ~10 min to Richdales, Playa, etc.
