Large Bedroom Sublease Available in 4Bd/2Ba Apt – Brighton

Large Bedroom Sublease Available in a 4Bd/2Ba Apt – Brighton, MA (Sublet Until Aug 31)

Looking for a responsible and considerate person to sublease my spacious bedroom in a 4-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in Brighton! This is a great opportunity to live...
in a comfortable, well-connected apartment with fantastic roommates.

About the Apartment:

🏡 Top-floor unit (no upstairs neighbors!)
🌅 Private balcony – perfect for relaxing
🚋 Steps from the Chiswick Rd T Stop (Green B Line) – easy access to downtown and the Red & Blue Lines
🚌 Right next to the 86 bus stop (connects to Harvard Sq., Cambridge, and the Orange Line)
🚶‍♂️ 15-min walk to Boston College campus
🚗 Street parking available without a resident permit
🔥 Heat & water included in rent
💰 Rent: $1,100/month + approx. $45/month for utilities (Internet, Gas, Electric)
📅 Sublease available ASAP through August 31st

About the Living Situation:

You’ll be sharing the apartment with three wonderful grad students at Boston College (2 men, 1 woman, all in their mid-20s). They’re friendly, respectful, and value a clean, homey, and welcoming environment.
We're looking for a subletter who:
✅ Cleans up after themselves & respects shared spaces
✅ Is mindful of noise levels and others’ schedules
✅ Wants to live in a home that feels warm and comfortable

Before finalizing the sublease, we’d like to set up a video call (with me and my roommates) to ensure it's a good fit for everyone. This also gives you a chance to see if the apartment is the right fit for you!

If you're interested, send me a message – happy to answer any questions. Thanks!
