The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a two-family house less than a 5 min walk from Brighton Center, St. Elizabeth Hospital, shops, bars, restaurants, major bus exchange. Easy access to BU and BC. ~5 min drive from Mass Pike. Very attentive and responsive landlord. No smoking! Cat – OK.
