Lake shore appartment

We’re looking for a roommate to join our lease in a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment in Lake Shore Court near BC. 12-month lease required starting from Sep 1st.

Monthly rent is $1000(Heat included). Including a dedicated parking spot. You will be... sharing the bathroom with one other roommate. You will be living with two other male roommates (we're in our late twenties): myself (Sudhaman) and my roommate Divey. I’m doing my Physics PhD at Boston College, and Divey is a working professional. We’re looking for someone who is respectful and clean. We’re both pretty chill — we have a nice living room where we sometimes have people over on weekends, but during the week, we’re usually busy with work.

Electricity shared with two other roommates. No pets and no smoking. Near Boston College and short walk to Green line B line and Bus #57 stop.

The place is pretty nice, with central AC and heating(Pics below). The neighborhood is great, with Roger's Park and the YMCA nearby.
