Hello everyone! We are two graduate students at Boston University (23 and 27 years old) looking for a third roommate to join us in our fully furnished 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Brighton. Our current roommate is moving out and is looking for... someone to take over her lease/sublet her room.

We are two friendly and respectful grad students who love a clean and cozy home. We’re looking for someone who is similarly easygoing and enjoys a good balance of socializing and personal space.

- The room is open from June 1 to August 31st 2026, with the possibility to renew the for the next year
- Rent is $1,018 month with all utilities included
- The room is unfurnished
- We have our own in-unit washer and dryer

Location:
- Right in front of the Green Line B Line (3-min walk)
- 15-min walk to the Green Line C and D Line
- BC bus shuttle stop is a block away
- 86 bus stop is a 10-min walk away (connecting to Cambridge)
- There's a Whole Foods super close, and you can easily access Star Market or Trader Joe's using the T or Bus
