July/August lease takeover, possible Sept renewal

This listing is for a July and August lease takeover of a huge top floor room in Newton Corner in a duplex shared with three other rooms (0-3 roommates sharing the space in those rooms). The house has a dining room, recently re-done kitchen, in unit... first floor laundry, a living room, a backyard with a garden, fire pit, and patio, and two full bathrooms.

If you would like to move in later into July, this is a really great option! We can split the rent for the month depending on when you want to move in. Technically it can be available July 1st, but slightly later would work better for me if possible.

There is the possibility of renewing the lease for September -- this could be a conversation with the landlord that you have early on.

We're in a really nice area in Newton, within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and parks, really close to buses that come regularly and go into the city+cambridge.

Pet friendly + abundant parking (no need to parallel park if that's not your style)
