We are looking for 3 new tenants to join us in a 1-year lease for this awesome Brighton house. Perfect for a group of 3 looking to get more home for your buck. The 3 full baths make this place awesome!...

The house is beautiful and spacious, built in the 1890’s and fully renovated, with hardwood floors, tall ceilings, good insulation, and a brand-new heating system. The kitchen is large and modern, complete with dining table, two refrigerators, Samsung electric stove with convection oven, Samsung dishwasher, beautiful stone counters, and plenty of cabinet and pantry space. Washer and dryer are free of charge in the basement. The house has a lovely, screened-in front porch, with two comfy couches. The TV room/den has a big comfy sectional couch, awesome for TV nights. Out back, off the kitchen, through the sliding glass door, is the back deck, complete with table and chairs for dining out in the warm months. Behind the deck, in the very private backyard, is an in-ground fire pit, with lots of seating for campfire nights. The house includes a large, clean garage, perfect for storage, arts and crafts, or a garage band. The three leaving roommates currently use the driveway parking, so three spaces will be available for new tenants.

The land-lady is great; she is very responsive, respectful, and cares a lot about the house and the tenants who live here. For our part, she prefers the tenants to be organized as a group, with a group leader, and sign on a common lease. One of the tenants staying will be the new group leader. We are very chill and informal about things as a group; the purpose of the arrangement is mostly to make the land-lady happy. It does come with the added benefit that, if there is ever an issue or something that comes up, you will not have to deal with it alone.

We are looking for responsible students or professionals in their 20’s. Any gender is fine; the three staying roommates are all guys, so we wouldn’t mind adding feminine energy to the house. Musicians are particularly welcome and encouraged to play at home during reasonable hours.

About us: three roommates are staying. One is a BC graduate student, one is a ballroom dance instructor, and one is a financial manager for senior citizens. Two are guitarists. One has a very cute and sweet pet cat. We enjoy having friends over, watching TV, making dinners, having campfires, going dancing, and throwing occasional parties and gatherings. We are easy-going, educated gentlemen, and have never had a problem sharing this awesome space together.
