The building consists of two apartments. The room I'm subletting is in the apartment on the ground floor. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a shared basement with a washer and dryer ($2 in quarters for each of them).

The... building is in a great location: 5 minutes from the bus stop (route 57 that takes you to Kenmore and route 86 that takes you to Harvard), 15 minutes from the T line (Warren and Washington Street), and a 25-minute walk from Boston College.
