This is an owner-occupied private home. Each room is fully furnished with a twin-size bed, linens, desk, air conditioning, and high speed wireless internet. The two student-tenant rooms and a bathroom are on the third floor. The student-tenants will have use kitchen and washer-dryer. All utilities & wifi are included. TENANTS: International women only. Must be at least 20 years old. LOCATION: This house is in Newton, one of the safest cities in America. It is convenient to both BU & BC. It is within walking distance to the BC Newton Campus-Law School. Newton is a suburb of Boston. MEALS: A self-serve breakfast is included in the rent - coffee, tea, milk, bread for toast, jams & cereal. All other meals are the student-tenant's responsibility. TERMS: To reserve a room, pay the first four weeks rent in advance & sign lease. During the academic year, I rent each room by the semester (typically 18-19 weeks). No agency-brokers fees and no security deposit. Will FaceTime or WhatsApp video with potential student-tenant prior to agreeing to lease.
