The place is in an excellent condition. all new appliances, new windows. Front and back balcony, on the third upper floor; no noise coming from people walking above your head, great views, a ton of sunlight, and a very clean house.

Great location: 2 minutes drive to Mass Pike, 2 minutes drive to Soldier field that leads to storrow dr. , 5 seconds walk to bus stop # 57, 501, 503 , that take you to Boston ( Kenmore Square, or Copley Square, or downtown Boston) 

3 minutes walk to bus # 64 takes you Central Square, and Kendall Square in Cambridge.
15 minutes walk to Brighton Center or use bus # 57 that is frequent every 7 minutes. Then Bus # 86 to Harvard Square, Cambridge. Or 65 or 66 to Longwood ,

4 minutes walk to YMCA. 7 minute walk to Charles River, 

30 minutes bus # 57 to Boston University, and 15 minutes walk to Boston College.
