I have been renting this listing (1bd/1bath) on Airbnb for the past 2.5 yrs. It is for females only.
Rent: $1500/month, utilities (water, gas, electricity, home Wi-Fi) included. Location: Watertown square

I was born and raised in Turkey,... migrated to U.S. ~20 years ago for graduate school and have lived in Boston for the last 7 years. I am a PhD scientist working on cancer drug development. I enjoy biking, hiking, yoga, and traveling. I am down to earth and quiet. I like to have a clean, quiet, peaceful, clutter-free living space. I like having conversations over coffee/tea. I love exploring new cities, museums, outdoors, and food. I live in this property and mostly work from home. No other bedroom in the property is being rented.

This private bedroom/bathroom is in a three-story house, on the lowest-level floor. It has a full-size window looking out to street and receives sunlight (has room darkening shades). Bedroom has its own bathroom on the same floor. No other tenants live on that floor.

The entrance is through the main front door of the house. You need to go down a flight of stairs after you enter the house. Outdoor shoes are not allowed inside the house. They can be left on the rack by the main entrance hallway.

If you need parking during winter months (December-March), please discuss with me. Watertown does not allow overnight street parking during winter months.

The bedroom has twin size bed, work desk/chair, small fridge w/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee, kettle, mugs, bowls, plates, cutlery, teabags.

The house is centrally located, one block from Watertown Square:
-5 min walk to Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, CVS (24 hr), UPS, and more...
