Hi I'm looking for 2 roommates for a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Brighton with driveway parking and washer/dryer included. Lease is 9/1/2026-8/31/2027.


10 min walk to BC!


Apartment details:

The apartment has two floors of living space with... bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and the kitchen, pantry, and living room downstairs.
Also a small room that I turned into a workout room/study.

Bedroom 1 is 13x10, not including the closet which is 8.5x4. Private bathroom with shower. Driveway spot included. In the pics the room is empty and closet empty except for the very back of it.

Bedroom 2 is 13x13, not including two walk-in closets. One closet is 9x4. The other is 8x3. Shared bathroom has a tub/shower. Street parking right outside the front door is available with resident sticker.

Shared areas are fully furnished; bedrooms will be empty. Decorating shared areas to make feel at home is 100% welcome.

Apartment includes washer/dryer in basement, dishwasher, and 1 TV in living room that is not in the pics.
Utilities are shared equally across all three tenants and average about $120/mo.


Location info:

On the corner of Lake Street and Trapelo Street (place below is 201 Lake St, but our address is 5 Trapelo because our front door faces Trapelo St).

Great access to public transit — the Washington St/Lake Street bus stop is about a 3 minute walk away (walking), with easy access to downtown as the Mass Pike is 5 min away (driving).


A little about me:

I work full-time managing video studios at a local university. I enjoy kayaking, hiking, traveling, having a quiet night in and going out with friends. I don’t cook much, but I should :)
