Commonwealth Ave apartment close to campus

This unit is in a 1927 apartment building next to the reservoir and a 10-minute walk from campus. I'm looking for a temporary roommate while my partner works abroad during the academic year; I'll also be on my research year, so there will be periods... where you'd be alone in the apartment. We're located in a clean, friendly community that is mostly composed of families and working professionals.
