My wife and I live in a separate apartment on the second floor. We are both educators and work at different independent schools in the area. We welcome inquiries from individuals of diverse backgrounds, including people of color, international academics, women, and individuals of all genders and sexual orientations.

In our home, we prioritize friendliness and mutual respect. Creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere relies on everyone being polite and considerate toward one another, which I strive for. Please be ready to schedule a Zoom meeting to get to know one another. If you are a good fit, I'll send you the Rental Agreement, a non-binding document where you share your information. I will use this information to draft a lease.
The second step is sending the Lease for both parties to sign.
